New animations at incorrect scale?

Hi again folks, thanks for taking a look!

I’m working on a sequence for a game where in the player is doing some sci-fi skydiving, and for it, we’d like a number of animations. I got a few going to when the player decides to turn in the air, but for we needed some more for some of the scripted sequences that occur.
When out new animator gave me the new animations, I found them to be not like the previous turning ones. For one, the arms for the player character seem to be about 2.5 times smaller, and 150uus lower than they should be.

Our animator swears that he hasn’t changed anything with the scale or positioning of the object outside of what he’s done in the animations, and that is Maya export settings seem to all be correct.

Our Functional Animation, with the correct size.

The Non-Function Animation, with the incorrect size.

We’ve been at this for a few hours now and are looking for some outside advice on the situation.

Any ideas as to what’s wrong?

Bump! Still looking for any help, if there is some.

Hey, seems like the images are not there.

I’m not an artist and I don’t use Maya neither, but try to check these to see if rings a bell.

-Scale when importing or exporting (in the importer/exporter options)
-Apply bone transforms (I don’t know what does this actually do but in Blender was key of success)

Ah, really, you can’t see the images? That’s a bit odd now isn’t it…
We’ll take a look into it, thanks for the advice!
