Thank you all.

What else do I need to make this thing run.

  • a motherboard
  • a power supply
  • storage:
    • faster, system - minimum 1TB SSD
    • slower, storage - minimum 2TB SSD

any swaps?

  • hunt down a 4070 Ti Super with 16GB vRAM
  • you do not need a 160Hz refresh rate screen for cinematic production, but instead want a decent IPS / OLED with great colour reproduction (not critical unless you’re a real pro-pro)

good youtube tutorials on how to actually build a PC once the parts come?

If you cannot stomach Linus:

This is extremely helpful thank you.

Highlighting an other topic:

You probably don’t need so much (What you suggested first Post) but well, depend where you work and for who… Still indeed I would also say that the SSD is a need.
