Still getting this message after… months now?
“The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.”
It’s been pointed out on the AnswerHub, and I believe elsewhere here on the forums. Please fix this!

Note that the Japanese version of the site has a working link to that file. Not sure if other translated versions have access to the resource as well.
