Networking packet loss emulation


I am trying to emulate packet loss while launching two player from the same computer without success. I tried using the command Net PktLoss=50 and GitHub - jagt/clumsy: clumsy makes your network condition on Windows significantly worse, but in a con but there wasn’t any visible effect. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Made it work from the DefaultEngine.ini for the packet loss, the PktDup doesn’t seems to work from the file nor the PktDup. Is it the engine which handle both of the later by himself ?
