Networking Issue

Hello, When I throw a bomb on my server, all the clients are able to see the bomb being thrown but when a client throws a bomb the server and other clients are not able to see the bomb being thrown. Here is the blue print for the bomb. I checked off replicated but I am not sure what the issue is. Any suggestions?
