For one of our Clients in Germany we are looking for a Network Programmer for Virtual Reality Solid C/C++ experience and client-server programming, ideally related to video games.
The core skills needed are as follows:
- 3+ years of C/C++experience
- 2+ years of experience in client-server programming
- Experience in IP network protocols (TCP andUDP)
- Experience in database development (MySQL, Oracle, …)
- Experience with replication, arbitration, bandwidth, load balancing and multiplayerconcepts
- Experience with 3D gameengines
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
- Unreal Engineexperience
- Experience in implementingVoIP
- Shipped console/PC titleexperience
- VR and/or AR experience as a developer oruser
- Familiar with: JSON, XML, JavaScript, and/orPython
