Neo Star - Warzone Aftermath - Destroyed Buildings Pack

๐ŸŽž๏ธ Video | ๐ŸŽฎ Demo (Performance Optimized) | ๐ŸŽฎ Demo (Quality Optimized)

๐Ÿ’ก This asset includes two maps: one optimized for performance and the other for stunning visual quality. Depending on your needs, you can choose which one to use. I encourage you to download and try both demos using the links above.

Rain-soaked city left crumbling in the wake of conflict. Besides all the destroyed buildings, this environment features dynamic rain and lightning, contributing to the sense of immersion. Ideal for game developers and virtual storytellers, this asset encourages exploration and intense combat scenarios within the remains of an urban civilization.

The demo map uses Virtual Textures, to enable it go to: Edit -> Project Settings -> Enable Virtual Textures Support, otherwise the materials won't work properly.

Important:

-Some meshes have a very high poly count and are only meant to be used with Nanite.

-Large structures, such as buildings, are available in both blueprint and static mesh formats. However, it's important note that Nanite performs better with the blueprints. Additionally, opting for the static mesh format may impact the loading time of your map due to their increased poly count.

This product leverages Unreal Engine 5's Lumen and Nanite to enhance visual fidelity, delivering a next-gen gaming experience.

Hi,

I tried out the quality demo, it looks nice but I noticed the collisions on the debris seem to be inconsistent, some debris i can walk through, other debris leaves you floating in the air.

about the demo itself, i would consider disabled the camera rotation lag, it is inducing motion sickness and also makes looking around to inspect the environment more difficult.

Even though the map is indeed beautiful, an AMAZING work, but this is not suited for gaming at all. These buildings have more than 18 millions of poly, which is absurd for a game project (unless you have a SUPER POWERFUL PC). I know my PC is not that powerful (I have a GTX1650), but I can use UE5 decently (30 fps) for many projects I worked on. This map does not even open correctly on my PC, majority of the time I get a message GPU crashed or d3d device removed, and when I donโ€™t get this error, I barely can move the viewport.

Thank you for your feedback! I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

This one is indeed aimed at high-end systems. Just to better understand and help future buyers: did you happen to check out the demos before purchasing? I provide playable demos for all my environments so users can download and test performance beforehand.

Iโ€™ll definitely take your feedback into account though, some of my upcoming environments already have lower poly counts while still maintaining similar quality. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts!

Ok my friend, no problems. I will upgrade my system very soon, so I may use your environment later on. It is an AMAZING work by the way. Thanks!
