(NEED URGENT HELP) ERROR: cmd.exe failed with args

Hi!
I am working on a uni project and the deadline is tomorrow and I have been trying to figure out how to build my application for the last 3 days but I keep getting the same error.

I have tried these tutorials:

How To Install Android Studio, SDK, NDK For Unreal Engine 4.27, Make VR Games for Meta Quest 2

But they weren’t working so I uninstalled EVERYTHING and started fresh with this tutorial:

Android / VR / AR Setup in Unreal Engine 5 / 4.27

But I still keep getting this error. I have searched endlessly over the internet and I have tried:
-Starting freshly
-Deleting the intermediate and saved folders
-deleting gradle folder
-tried this tutorial in which i installed Java JDK 1.8.0_77 and set it as my JAVA_HOME:

ERROR: cmd.exe failed with args Unreal Engine | Rungradle.bat Unreal Engine

I am lost and don’t know what to do anymore, pls give me suggestions on how to solve this. Here are some more of my settings in case it will tell you anything:

I don’t get it. why you have the Android studio open?

Just build from the unreal editor like you normally build

the window with the big green background box, scroll down there is another one of those click to turn it from red to green thing

I just have android studio open to show what I have installed. I already clicked the other green box as well, but it didn’t change anything

try checking if your firewall didn’t blocked the graddle app. that one needs to go online to verify and eventually get some packages.

had issues with that graddle thing. really annoying. and they made it on purpose to be very difficult to use offline.

it needs to go online to do its stuff else it will fail. really really annoying
