[Need Support] Can't create a ticket

Hello

I need to create a ticket because I have questions about my purchases. However I can’t do that because of the unknown error. I tried different browsers, tried it on Mac, used VPN, and I even asked my friend to do it from another country, still the same.

I have the exact same issue. No matter what system I try on support tickets will not submit, it just hangs.

Also wanting a solution or alternative.
