Need someone to teach me how to do a clean stacks mod

I’m new on modding and dont know how to start doing my first stack mod, what I want to do is a clean mod that stacks resources up to 10k

I thought modifying the resources was considered remapping, which wouldn’t be stackable. My understanding, for a truly clean mod, you can only change the Additional Structures and Additional Engrams.
