We are a technology school that uses your unreal engine. Our district has locked epic games down and now we can not get unreal engine to run. Can you please give the the sites / links needed to run unreal engine so I can have them unblocked. (if we can get the links to download and install, updates, and to launch / run the program and anything that you think we will need)
Right now we have it installed but when we go to lunch it, it only has a black screen with a blue bar at the bottom.
We use this program with our game and sim course and they are running into this problem after we ran the update for our web blocker.
any help in this matter would be great.
