Need help with Square Border Material for UI

Hey there I am trying to me a SDF Material for my menu interface. Simply I need a material that will create a box border for the outline of my panels. All the guides I watch make it so the outline thickness of the border scales with the widget size and I cant have this. I need the say have an outline of a square border and be able to say I want the thickness to be 1 pixel or 2 pixels etc.

Any help would be amazing.
