Need Help with IARC After Island Rejection Roleplay Map with Guns

Hi Epic Team and Community,

I’m a Fortnite UEFN creator, and one of my islands was recently rejected due to an issue with the IARC rating. The map is a roleplay island that includes guns, but it does not contain blood, gore, or graphic violence.

I submitted an appeal through the Epic Games support site not to challenge the rejection, but just to ask what I did wrong, how to fix it so I can re-publish my map correctly and avoid future violations, I also asked If they can lift my warning. My appeal was denied, and I was told it was final and not eligible for further review.

Support directed me here to ask for help understanding:
1.What I may have done incorrectly on the IARC questionnaire.
2.How I should correctly fill it out for a roleplay map with guns but no realistic violence.
3.If there’s any way to lift the warning on my account, since I only appealed for clarification.

I take this seriously and want to make sure I follow the rules properly. I’d really appreciate any advice from Epic staff or experienced creators who can guide me through this process.

Thanks in advance for any help!

If it has guns it has violence, even if not infrequent, you will still have to report it as such, the only change from a combat map I suppose you could make is selecting “rarely depicted” instead of often
