Need help with Drawing a Particle Beam with Mouse Cursor

How can I get the Beam to draw in the correct direction?

Not sure what you mean by in the right direction, how is it currently drawing in the wrong direction?

When I draw from down to up the beam is draws a correct line from down to up but when I try to left to right the beam doesn’t draw a line. It’s in the video I have up top.

Messing around a little more I see that its the Tangent that is messing my lines up.
