You’ve already got the shading done, from what I can see. All you need to do now is add colour? Have a look at some landscape painting tutorials.
As mentioned, you’re nearly there - check out the landscape tutorials, specificallythis one for Landscape Materials. Instead of using textures to get the effect you’re looking for, you’d want to use Constant3Vector nodes for the colors.
It also looks like there’s a lot of artificial ambient light in the image you posted, so you’d want to have a SkyLight object in your level, in addition to the BP Skybox and Sunlight, and set the SkyLight’s intensity value relatively high above it’s default.
Ok so I looked at a few painting tutorials and got some basic colors to paint with but painting it cannot compare to this http://i.imgur.com/f33cH6p.jpg
I believe in that they took a texture and turned it into little squares and I am not sure exactly how to do that.
