Need Help with Bone Rotation in Anim Graph

Hello, I have started an IK setup for my hands and arms in a VR project. I am trying to copy the roll of my hand to my forearm twist bone to make it look natural. The issue is that once I rotate my hand past a certain point, the twist bone starts rotating in the opposite direction.

Any pointers would greatly be appreciated. All I want is for the forearm twist bone to match the roll of my hand
