Hello dude! Yeah, I think a good start point for swimming animations is the default UDK/UT3 AnimSet, it has perfect animations for swimming, however I think you may need to edit these animations to fit on your project, because the swimming animations are for holding weapons while swimming.
As for Blueprints, I don’t know because I work with UDK.
