Need help/suggestion with presenting multiple comparable layouts

Hey guys,

I could use some advice/help/suggestion on how to approach interior design type of projects.

See graphic for reference: Imgur: The magic of the Internet](Imgur: The magic of the Internet)

So i want to show off 4 unique options. The green is supposed furniture or similar that moves around. I also need to be able to move within the scene and be able to swap to the other options while remaining in the same position as I was and looking in the same direction in order to compare. So my question is which is the best way to approach?

Option 1: Build all 4 options next to each other and build the lighting then just place a camera in each location to jump to. Issue: Not sure how to parent the cameras so that they all move in unison when one moves, and maintain the rotation of the “Parent”.

Option 2: Build each layout in separate level and just swap levels through a menu or button click. Issue: Not sure how to approach the lighting here, will each level need to be lit separately? And if the scene is the same exact room and only the furniture changes, I am not sure how to approach building lighting so that i can just swap out furniture dynamically. Does the furniture have to be dynamic?

I hope this makes sense, any suggestions would be great.
