NEED HELP! Skeletal Mesh

Hi guys,
i bought a character for my project, but the skeletal mesh is different from the standard skeletal mesh of UE4.

This is my Skeletal Mesh:

i already have a packeage with unreal engine animations, then i would like to change this skeletal mesh with the standar of UE4.
i tried to retarget it…but this is the result:

who can help me to fix it?

Haha, dudes got some messed up arm doesnt he?

To save you time and resources you should pick the guy rig and the UE4 skeleton, put them both into your 3d editing program, match his skeleton to the UE4 base, then skin him to those bones.
That way you dont need to do any retargeting anymore, and all future ue4 animations will work straight out of the box.

it’s weird, because bones was retargeted rightly heheheh

tbh when i see that it screams to me that a vertex isn’t weighted correctly
