i already have a packeage with unreal engine animations, then i would like to change this skeletal mesh with the standar of UE4.

To save you time and resources you should pick the guy rig and the UE4 skeleton, put them both into your 3d editing program, match his skeleton to the UE4 base, then skin him to those bones.
That way you dont need to do any retargeting anymore, and all future ue4 animations will work straight out of the box.
