Need help : rotation objects with finger


I am looking for help with an apparently simple action but where I have difficulty carrying out I’m looking to create the following action in blueprint:

I have in my scene a cube divided into 3 parts.

In my game, I would like the player to be able to slide his finger to rotate the middle part . I also want that with the finger, he can rotate the object to examine it but that the scene in the background remains fixed (so not the rotating camera but the object)

The planned game is a game like The room on smartphone. I’m looking for this in blueprint
