Need help moving from Maya to UE4

This is my first post in the forums and I hope Im in the relative right place.
I have spent hours building with UE4 but very little working with Maya. I’ve figure out how to export from Maya and import into Unreal with simple things but with something more complex like the file I attached in the link,
(I couldn’t figure out how to attach a .mb directly) I can get some of into Unreal but cant get it to work like other things Ive done.

I didn’t create this file, I just found it and a video of it running and wanted to try to get the export/import process figured out better before I spent time making my own more complex stuff.

So I’m mostly asking for help on how to get this file into UE4 and have it work or if thats even possible with this file.

Hope that makes sense, thanks for any help and sorry if I have the wrong place.

I’ll have a look at that file and see what I can to steer you in the right direction

Dont know about Demrok, but I dont seem to have sufficient permissions to access that file. Can you make it public somehow? Or would you rather send us a pm link if its a more classified data?

I thought I had it public and no its not near classified.

Try that link and see if it works. Sorry about that.

Thank you for any help

Ok, thats actually quite a thing…
Weve got a somewhat complex nParticle tornado with a few parallel particle and fluid simulations. I highly doubt this stuff is in any way compatible with UE4.
Just made a quick web search and didnt find anything. I guess youll have to try and manually recreate this effect using the particle sprite systems in UE4.
Then this thread would probably fall more under the category of dynamics/particle physics.

A tip, make a render of this simulation in whatever renderer it has been designed to work on, and show it here, probably someone with good experience with ue4 particles and dynamics might be able to help.

Thank you for trying to help. I appreciate it.
