Need help making an in game camera (Sort Of) Please Help!!

First Problem:
I’m making a horror game in unreal 5.3.2 where the first person player will need to pick up a camera before moving to the next level (leaving house). I’d like it if when the player picked up the camera, it lifted the viewport to cover the fps view and changed the fps view to a slightly distorted filter, as if you were looking through the camera for the rest of the game. the physical camera prop only needs to be in the game long enough to be picked up and lifted to view to simulate looking through the viewport.
Second:
I would like to bind a key to taking a photo. I.e press F and a short flash and camera sound emanates from the first person pov where its simulating the viewport of the camera. would love it if i could have a menu where the player can see what they’ve taken photos of, if not, I do at very least need the F to take photo function to act as a interaction with whatever is in the viewport. example - player rounds the corner to see writing on a wall and presses F to take photo of writing. writing is in the frame so the objective to photograph writing on wall is completed. Think phasmophobia camera but the camera is always active as the pov.
may be a long shot, i just don’t know where to start lol. thanks in advance!
