Need help installing Unreal 4.

I just installed a new copy of Windows 8 64 Bit, and went to redownload the Unreal Installer, but it downloaded a .msi file, labelled “UnrealEngineInstaller-1.3.0-2093649.msi”, which when I double click on, it says

“This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action.”

Please Help.

I didn’t even know there was an Unreal 3…

i believe this is an error with the windows registry which is very likely seeing as you just installed windows 8,sadly im not sure on how to fix it
