Need Help Getting Customer Support

On April 6th, 2021 I posted a question asking for help with a packaging problem that we were experiencing with our Unreal project. Basically, every time we make a change in a BP, no matter how simple or small the change will be, after the fact, we can no longer package the project with that new change. We are looking for answers or explanations as to why this is happening. We are also trying to take advantage of our Enterprise license and find out how we can get on the phone with an Unreal Developer to help us track down a solution for this issue.
