Need help for setting up Inputs for Paragon Yin (TurnRate and LookUpRate)

I’m new to unreal and i can’t understand what TurnRate and LookUpRate inputs are and what i should assign them I am able to assign other Inputs correctly but I don’t know about TurnRate and LookUpRate. Help is appreciated.
