Hello, I have been looking and searching for a few days now on some kind of tutorial on setting up a custom map in the dev kit and getting it to actually cook properly so when its uploaded to steam I can play it. I have spent some time creating a bunch of stuff but when I go to cook my map it doesnt seem to take nearly as long as it should and never compiles any shaders. I’ve uploaded a custom map years ago and have forgot if there is any configuration type settings I need to set for the map to cook right. does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about doing this? all the tutorials I find are always about mods and not about maps themselves.

I have the issue that I can upload it but when you try to play it you get send back to the main menu. Did you find an solution or anything that can help me please?
