Need help can't get menu to work (over 3 days still can't figure this out)

Countless youtube videos, Unreal forums, and guides and I still can’t get the menu option to simply “play” the game. Works in the UE 4 Viewport. When I bake the menu screen locks up and the main world never loads. willing to pay someone to get on a zoom call with me.

As it turns out nothing was wrong. Another VR application was interfering with launch. Once disabled everything works fine.
