Need help building PC.

The first rule for building in 2024 is: no Intel-based builds.
From this follows the second rule: for the next few years, build PCs only with AMD.
For a GPU, go with a 3080, 4070, or 4080, with a focus on memory capacity.
In this budget range, it’s better to go with 64 GB RAM or more. A 2x32 GB kit is currently the most optimal option.
Choose a power supply with a minimum Gold certification, or preferably Platinum.
For storage, I recommend an M.2 SSD as the system drive, a SATA SSD for work files, and a classic HDD for project archives since HDDs are generally more reliable.
A spacious case is essential — the more free space, the better the airflow, and the lower the temperature for all components overall.
Finally, I wouldn’t recommend chasing after liquid cooling. It looks nice, but the benefits are often overhyped by marketing; air cooling is often more than sufficient.
