need a COPY OF SKELETON MESH to do something

i need a COPY OF SKELETON MESH to do shading like a realtime outline, but it is too hard to do in UE4.
i only find a way to do this is directly duplicating the skeleton mesh component than assign material on it.

if UE4 provides a easy way to do this will be helpful!
