Umm I think you can (don’t count on my words), since they released it for free on the marketplace.
However you shouldn’t, because you’ll be called an asset flipper and your reputation will be going downhill. Always create your own unique style & models for your game, as much as possible. It’s fine to use scenery assets like cars, trees, or simple npc characters from the marketplace, but other than that people look down on those who use marketplace assets without making the effort to crreate your own models.
