Ndk build error not cant find -lgpg -licuuc -lPhysX3PROFILE -and many others

i recently downloaded 4.16.3 from github.and compiled with 0 error
but now when ever i try package any project new or old build is failing
no matter what i do build failed.
but in 16.0 everything was good.
actually i didnt downloaded any new android sdk it was already in nvidia folder so i just simply given the address of ndk jdk sdk in settings
