Ndisplay stuttering without any form of sync

me hangs or freezes for about half a second or so on all the three machines. My main purpose is to utilize the views created by ndisplay without any syncing. I have added the ndisplayRootcluster actor in my scene and attaching it to my maincamera component using c++. i also tried to launch on non primary machines by renaming their node name to primary node and then launching via command line. But then it picks up the view of the primary node. I have three machines 192.168.103.63(primary), 192.168.103.62, 192.168.103.61. i have attached original ndisplay config and modified configs for all the machines. Also I have attached launch command being used on all machines.

please provide help regarding this.
