Ndisplay commandline "-dc_cfg=" not loading the correct configuration.

Hi eveyone, I’m trying to run a standalone packaged product with nDisplay from the command line. The problem is that when I launch app the ndisplay file doesn’t seem to be read/used. I came to this conclusion because what appears out of my projector is not warped and blended in the correct manner. I’m expecting the project to launch in portrait mode and it launches in landscape. This is the command I’m using.
