NavMesh Breaks/Cracks, Even on flat landscape

Hay,
In my project, I made a simple landsace and added Navmesh.
Now everything almost works as intended except for this annoying issue,

In the Image, you can see that the Navmesh has holes/cracks in it at random spots.
I’ve deleted and re-created. and the same thing happends.

I found if I go into landscape mode and do an erode or flatten on these cracks, I can remove them, only to have them appear some where new.

The problem is any AI that requires pathing over these cracks, just halt. It doesnt get AI to go around, its like it can see the target but cannot travel over the cracks.

Any idea’s would be greatly appreciated.
