Navigation Spline Path

Hi all,

I am trying to create a system similar to games like Divinity Original Sin where there is a navigation spline path that shows where you can move (Starting from the character location and ending at the mouse cursor location)

Does anyone know the best way to set this up or can refer me to a tutorial? I could not find anything which did exactly what I was looking for.

As a start, I tried following the guide in the link below; but the mesh does not appear for some reason. My code replicated this exactly, except that mine is situated on the player controller blueprint.
