Nav mesh doesn't generate on landscape map, there are holes in it.

I have my nav mesh box overlapping the landscape and I want anything inside the nav mesh bounds volume to generate a nav mesh even if it’s really steep.

Settings I have done to help with my nav mesh on landscape so far.

Region partitioning>Region chunk splits> 8

Nav mesh resolution params>Default> cell height> 10

Agent max slope>90 (This helped a little)

Pretty sure the agent step height is also taken into consideration when building the navmesh
There are holes because your agent cannot move there as a result of some of it’s properties, most likely slope angle and step height
