Nav Mesh Bounds not working on certain meshes

Have you checked collision? Are you able to walk on them just fine?

I have a room level here, All floors uses the same mesh. They’re modular. When I bake the NavMesh it became like this one. I dunno what the cause is. Only these 2 specific meshes act like this throughout the level.

Yep, I can walk just fine and there is nothing on top of it. those 2 meshes has a baked nav on the left side. So its pretty weird.
