Nav mesh bound volumn seems not to recognize dynamic mesh actor

I am learning against the Cropout project. In the Cropout project, the island in the middle of the ocean is generated using the Dynamic Mesh component, but when I generate the same island in the same way, the Nav Mesh Bounds Volumn doesn’t seem to recognize the island!

I have already checked “Can Ever Affect Navigation” option on the Dynamic Mesh Component.
Below is the correct Nav Mesh effect for the official project.

If anyone knows why, I’d appreciate it. Thanks!
