Nav Mesh Behavior for Different heights

I have Architectural Interior scene with different slab heights and I am developing simple VR Teleportation for that by using Nav Mesh Bounds Volume. But after trying all the sets of different settings it is not working as intended. When i try to teleport on slab below, it is taking me to the upper slab level. It is showing correct in viewport when i press ‘p’ key but when i play the game it is acting strange. Attached is the image showing scene setup with Nav Mesh
