if the issue is with the Open in Twinmotion feature inside Revit, we recommend contacting Autodesk support, as this functionality is built and maintained by the Revit team and they would be best able to assist.

As an alternative to Open in Twinmotion, you can open Twinmotion manually and begin an import of your Revit content by clicking the Import button and choosing Direct Link.
