Nanite triangle size not changing by distance

Hello,

The top asset in the screenshot is from megascans library and the triangles getting bigger as I go far away.

The bottom one is a photogeometric fbx asset that I exported from a mobile app. But in this case, triangles not changing sizes as I go near or far. The triangle size always the same.

Why is the bottom asset not behaving like the upper one? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. But how to make the mesh softedged?

using maya or max or etc
I don’t know how to do it in UE5

With blender, if I right click on the mesh and select shade smooth, would it be ready to use with nanite?
