[Nanite] Lightmapped Stationary Skylights produce awful results on Nanite Meshes

Lightmaps seem to have a number of issues with Nanite but this is easily the worst one I’ve encountered. Increasing the triangle count of the proxy geometry doesn’t improve the quality (tested up to 20k triangles)

(GPU lightmass can’t be used here as it doesn’t support stationary Skylights)
