The modular buildings provide limitless customization options with various style variations and materials in seconds. By clicking a button, the tool automatically generates the building. The tedious and repetitive work is taken care of by the blueprints and tools, allowing you to modify each building or modular piece to your liking.

The buildings can have simple interiors. To enhance the interior appearance, it is recommended to use our Stylized Human Generic Props to make the interior of your dream. 😊

    • Outdoor Layout - Generate your building fast with possibility to customize it from flat walls to balconies and windows with closed sills and flower decorations. From square flat roof to rounded slate roof.

    • Interior Layout Settings- Interactive room layout settings with possibility to place stairs between the floors and create separate rooms with different wall materials

    • Advanced Wall System - provides the addition of porches, extensions, protruding rooms, and balconies for upper floors, thus enhancing architectural diversity.

    • Indoor Decoration - Blueprints with possibility to enrich your interior and functional possibilities (Tables, Chairs, Beds, Wardrobes, Candles, Bottles, Dining utensils, Carpets). Also includes an option for enabling and selecting pre-arranged compositions for interior decorations

      • Road Spline - Sidewalks and roads with possibility to change the style of the bricks and place crossroads, T-corners and so on wherever you want

      • Fence & Wall Splines - Walls and fences for outdoor scenes with possibility to change the style or even randomize them
