Will there ever be support for higher dimension blend spaces than 2D?
A very simple example of a 3D one could be speed/direction/height (e.g. moving slow, to the side, while crouching), and I bet someone has uses for higher dimensions too.
Mathematically it’s all the same either way, so why not give access to higher dimensions? (can’t imagine it will affect performance too much.)

I’m curious about this answer too but i’m curious about it from another perspective. I think visualizing something like a 3D blend space might be achievable but then you might start thinking about 4D/etc.
The solution that I came with in my own tools and in other engines is to simply have support for blend spaces within blend spaces. That way you have a simple editor that’s either a 1D or 2D blend space and it’s easier to fill in content.
