To describe the Game in terms of genre it would be Action/Adventure/Horror. It will be a First Person, Team based, online multiplayer game. The gameplay contains a lot of cooperative elements. Right now the game is planned in a asymmetric multiplayer context. This means we have 2 Players at one team and 4 Players on the other.
The game plays in a maze enviroment whats for the most part randomly generated. For the setting we chose to begin with an ancient egyptian style theme. It is planned to add more themes later on. For example ancient greek, asia etc.
As Explorer you are an adventurer/tomb raider who wants to discover the maze.
And in the Hunter team you will be playing as a kind of mythological creature who protects the secrets of the maze.
Of course, our GameDesignDocument goes more into details about the exact playing process. But what i can tell is that its has some Flavour of the old Tomb Raider Games and Indiana Jones in it, mixed with a pinch of Dead by Daylight and paired with a touch of ancient Mythology

Language has to be moderate english or german. Location can be remote.
To make one point clear, this is a hobby project, every Team Member is working on it voluntarily in the free time. But nonetheless if it’s ready we will release it commercially on steam. And then the gains will be split equally across all Team Members. Just because its a hobby project does not mean you cannot make profit with it. You have to start somewhere to gain a foothold in the industry right?

Migrating my work for that game into our Sci-FI Action FTPS (see Link below) which included Procedural Labyrinth based on Depth-first Search Algorithm, Semi-Procedural Monsters, modular everything else for Customizable Characters and Weapons. Recommend you specify what type of Artist & Animators you’re seeking as they are the most difficult to locate on a volunteered basis. I really like your approach with Exorion, but i have to say that i also would love to play a game like Dragons Gold. It sounds very inventive and the enviroment with the huge maze walls and the cracks in the floor spreads a real good atmosphere. If i were you i wouldn’t drop that game idea completely.
