MythicLemon - Cyber Flora VFX — Holographic Scanlines & Pixel Voxels

Cyber Flora VFX — Holographic Scanlines & Pixel Voxels

100 sci-fi Niagara systems across 50 flowers — holographic projections and chunky pixel-voxel reconstructions for cyber environments.

Demo Video

Cyber Flora VFX swaps fantasy for sci-fi. Two effect families convert every one of the 50 stylised flowers into something that belongs in a cyberpunk neon district, a botanical research lab, or a glitched VR environment:

  • Holographic — scanline-shaded particles trace each flower's surface with cyan / magenta projection light, complete with subtle flicker and edge bloom for a "projected hologram" look. Perfect for AR overlays, data-readouts, and tech-aesthetic UIs.

  • PixelVoxel — chunky cube particles reconstruct each flower in a blocky low-res silhouette, evoking 8-bit gaming, digital reconstruction, and matrix-style materialisation effects.

Use Holographic alone for sleek lab aesthetics; use PixelVoxel alone for retro / cyber-punk reads; combine the two for "digital flower materialising" sequences. Both families work in screen space against any background and respect emissive material conventions for HDR rendering.

All 100 Niagara systems are content-only with no plugin dependencies. Two pre-lit demo levels (one per effect family) ship with the project.

Key Features
  • 50 stylised flowers (full Fantasy Flower roster)

  • 100 Niagara systems — Holographic + PixelVoxel × 50 flowers

  • Scanline holographic projections with cyan / magenta tint and edge bloom

  • Chunky voxel reconstructions for 8-bit / matrix aesthetics

  • 2 demo levels under dynamic lighting

  • Emissive HDR-friendly for bloom and post-processing

  • No plugin dependencies — pure content pack

  • CPU Niagara — broad platform compatibility

  • Compile-clean on UE 5.4 — no deprecation warnings, opens cleanly in 5.4 and upgrades to later engine versions on open

  • Drop-in & documented — every effect is a ready-to-use NiagaraSystem; the included demo level lays them all out, so there's no setup to figure out

  • Spawn anywhere — effects render correctly at any world location (ground, mid-air, or parented to a moving actor), not just at the origin
