my VR output shows checkerd shapes!

hello everyone

I want to have a VR output for my unreal engine file in unreal engine 5.4

I increased the FPS to 95

but in my output when I am stable or turning my head I see this checkered shapes everywhere and I cant find the reason

can anybody help me?it’s urgent

Try Project settings => Rendering => Shadow Map Method =>Shadow Maps.
Perhaps your virtual shadows maps are breaking

If you need to stay with virtual shadow maps the try going into your light and experimenting with it’s Shadow Bias and Shadow Slope Bias.

thank you for your help but unfortunately changing shadow bias and shadow slope bias did not solve the problem

Is it realtime or do you generate lightmaps?
