My VR Hands are in the wrong orientation/mirrored

Hi, new to UE5 and blueprints but I’m participating in a project where I need to add hand models to a camera view inside a vr car model. The car is already a pawn model so what I attempted to do was copy paste the hand and menu ui blueprints and assets from the VRPawn into my CarPawn but when simulated the hands are moving and tracking correctly but positioned in the middle of the car instead of where the camera is as well as being mirrored to the camera, what am I doing wrong here?
