My UE5 default character is not on the ground when i bypass the control rig, pleas help me!

hey, i want to use the control rig to my own character so that it can have a nicer performance.
when i created one with a tutorial on youtube, everything work fine except my character is not on the ground when running

i spend a lot time on it but still cannot fix it

And also , i found out that if i bypass the control rig in the blueprint of UE5 default Mannequins, it will float in the air, too

did i do something wrong? how can i fix it. Please help me, thanks.

ok, i found the solution. go to “BP_ThirdPersonCharacter”, and adjust capsule half height
