My twitch prime skins were put on a pc account that I dont have linked to twitch, is there any way I can get the skin to go on to my acount linked to my ps4 and my twitch

My skin is stuck on a pc acount that I cant use , Can I delete that account and move the skin to my other epic games account and get it linked to my playstation
